This Easter holiday, I had a great time at a hotel in Marrakesh. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering us mint tea and making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the medina and all the sights. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the amazing rooftop terrace, with stunning views of the city and a great place to relax in the sunshine.
Although the staff was friendly, the service was quite slow at times. We had to wait a while for breakfast to be served and for our room to be cleaned.

Very luxurious rooms. Nice rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Free tea on arrival. Free WiFi internet.
About 10 minutes walking to the main square where the cheap(er) restaurants are. There are other riads closer to the main square, but the luxurious rooms of Riad Bahia make up for it.

The hotel was a great base for exploring the city, with helpful staff who arranged taxis to local hotspots on request. The room was nicely decorated and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely view of the city and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

A great host and staff who were always willing to help, despite our faultering French. Sun terrace is great and the location is close to the souks and also a fee restaurants. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and the food delicious.
A little bit of French will get you a long way in general in Morocco. The hostess spoke good English but the other staff had very little.

Stunning design in pure maroccain style, ideal for a couple. Only 10 minutes from Jema el Fna, it offers good breakfast, nice staff, good services and much more! Absolutely recommended!

Large rooms where you can relax, sun terrace with deck chairs and lounge with couches really beautiful.
The last day (checkout set at 13.00) we were in a lounge to wait until 13 to go to the airport. At about 12 I go to the room to get some towels and I find all our belongings, baggage, items purchased, toothbrush , toothpaste, perfume, at a table in the main lobby of Riad, while the staff cleaned our room for newcomers. Although they knew that we were there because in the morning we asked if we could be from 13 to 16 in a public sitting area as it was raining outside and our flight was at 20. I tried to enter the room but did not make me go and I wanted to see if anything was missing of my things. Basically we were kicked out!

The bed was comfortable and the room had a decent size, it also had a private bathroom which was always clean. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and it was easy to find a few good restaurants around.
The breakfast that was included wasn't very good, the options were limited and the coffee was tasteless. The room didn't have natural lighting, which made it a bit depressing to stay indoors during the day.

The riad was very close to Bahia palace. The staff was very friendly (they even helped me argue a fair cab fare with an Arabic speaking cab driver). FYI - A cab from the train station to the hotel should only cost about 30 DH (3 euro).
The staff was relaxed about their duties. I returned to the hotel at 11:30 PM and had to wait almost 10 minutes to be let in the front door. Similarly, I was told breakfast was available from 7:00 to 10:00. I needed to check out by 8:00 to catch a cab to the airport, but no staff was available to help me check out until 7:40 AM. I never got a chance to eat my breakfast and b/c they had difficulty charging the room to my credit card, I almost missed my cab ride.

The Riad was small and trdaitional. Ali and Yasmine were friendly and helpful
Some of the descriptions were inaccurate. English was not spoken by any except Yasmine who was on holiday for most of our time. There was no food for the frist three days of our trip and when checking out we could not use any debit or credit card

I absolutely loved the traditional Moroccan breakfast served at this hotel. The pastry was delicious, and the mint tea was refreshing. The warm and helpful staff made my stay here very comfortable, and their English-speaking skills were beneficial to me, as I didn't speak French. The hotel's location was just right; it was close to the center but not too close, and it was just a 20-minute walk away from the main square.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Only few rooms, the staf is very kind and helpfull. The room was confortable and very clean. I strongly reccomend it!!
The cold water tap didn't work but it was not a problem. Comeing back from the main sqare (Jama‘a el-Fnaa) the little street is poor lighted.. but don't worry it's completly safety!
